Quotes and service
Submitting a form or calling us is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm with you. All work is priced with an upfront, flat-rate quote that you approve before work begins. Where a diagnostic dispatch fee applies, we tell you before we dispatch, and it is credited toward the repair when you proceed. Payment terms appear on your estimate and invoice.
Our guarantees
Repairs are backed by our written 1-year workmanship warranty and the other commitments on our guarantees page. Those written guarantees are part of your service agreement; nothing on the rest of this site expands or replaces them.
Photos and reviews
The customer reviews on this site are from real customers via Google. Job photos show our actual work; some “fully restored” images are visualizations of the finished result after lawns and landscaping have had time to grow in.
Using this site
